We purchased Dresden with the thought of making really nice
pony-hunter prospects. We were right. His first foals hit the ground in 2002 and
boy did his
foals have lived up to our expectations!!
One daughter Loafers Lodge Evening Pink
was the top Half Welsh Filly Nationally. She has been sold and is now in a
fantastic show home in Florida.
A medium gelding Loafers Lodge Amazing Elliott is here in Maryland with a
new owner ready to show and win.
We have a 3 year old Sec B mare named Lorena who is jumping great guns at Olney
Farm here in MD . Lorena is a hot show prospect for the
mediums next year. Dresden's 2 year olds have been broken and are
showing enormous promise. I can't wait to start his yearlings
as they are very attractive.
The 2005 foals by Dresden are not any different from his other 3 years of quality
moving foals. We had 8 of them. We are thrilled to Have
Rosmel's Dressed in Scarlet. He is a wonderful boy.
Dresden has great bloodlines.
His sire, Rosmel Cotillion, is by GlanNant Tango. His dam is Rosmel's Scarlet Lace
who is by
Ardmore Traveler.
Scarlet Lace is also full sister to the famous
Rosmel's Amber Lace and Rosmel's Fancy
Image. These bloodlines just say HUNTER, HUNTER , HUNTER AND MORE
HUNTER......with big scopey jumping ability and up hill canter, and
enormous stride. LOOK HOW HE TRACKS UP BEHIND.
